About Dana
Up Close & Personal
After traveling the world for the past 40 years. (Yes, I am old enough!) I have decided to not only share my experiences, but help others discover the incredible joy that comes from seeing a new place, culture and landscape. I started traveling internationally as a small child with my parents because they worked throughout the world. This took me on road trips through Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and France, the streets of Korea, Japan, and China, exploring castles in Scotland and England, staying on a long boat in Scotland, getting to know families in Mexico and Canada, and soaking up the sun in the Caribbean.
Each trip has brought me a new perspective, opened my eyes to new culture, and taught me the value in appreciating all aspects of life.
I use my world travel experience to help others navigate trains, planes, and all aspects of travel. Through personal trials and tribulations, I have learned how important details are when visiting a new place.
It is my goal to use my experiences and knowledge of the world to assist you in having the most amazing vacation of a lifetime. Whether you only travel once or many times, this trip is important! I treat every trip as if I were planning one for my 80-year-old mother and give it that value, care and attention you deserve.

Dana did a great job of explaining everything and working with us before the trip and staying in touch with us on the trip. She gave us information, we needed to have a wonderful experience.
